'Quaint, quiet, cute, clean & convenient. Owner/manager so very nice & welcoming. We didn't spend much time on the property because we were visiting family in the area, but pool area seemed well maintained & clean. Internet signal was not great so if you have computer work to do it could be an issue for you. This is now our place to stay when visiting!'

The downstairs kitchen has been removed and was being converted to a living space with Murphy bed, which wasn’t quite ready on arrival. While the house appeared generally clean, the oven was dirty and the fridge contained half-used condiments. 'We had a wonderful trip to Hamptons Bay and this house was a perfect fit for 2 families with kids ages 2-12. The house is beautifully updated, comfortable beds and very clean. The yard is great! Communication was great, my only suggestion is find out the WiFi ahead as our reception was very spotty without it. Great stay!'
