Great little escape on the beach and minutes to boardwalk! It was just what we needed for a long weekend getaway. Room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, would definitely stay again!

The room had everything we needed! Beach supplies, snacks, drinks, and the room was very clean. Check in was very smooth and easy and communication with the host was excellent.

My husband and I had a great stay here. Loved being able to walk to the beach and ride our bikes around town. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Had a great stay. The location was excellent and the place met our needs in terms of size and amenities. We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go which is always our preference. We were quite pleased with the Vibe of Hampton Beach and having a beach view from our balcony was amazing. We also had a great view of the Wednesday Fireworks they shoot off from the beach. We would definitely consider this place again if we came back.

Highly recommend staying at this unit. Was perfect for my wife and I. Scott our host supplied us with some snacks and a few soft drinks in the fridge, was a very thoughtful touch. Very convenient to the beach which was right across the street. Nice view of the beach from the side balcony. Boardwalk is only a short walk . Very clean and nicely decorated! Scott even let us check in early! We definitely plan on staying here again!

I would recommend this property to anybody looking for a few days away at the beach. The accommodations were perfect clean and had a tremendous amount of amenities. It is a short walk to the beach and in fact the beach can be viewed from the cozy balcony. Communication with Scott was outstanding and he was very helpful in making our stay hospitable. The town of Hampton is all you need for entertainment and restaurants. However, just a few miles down the road is Portsmouth, New Hampshire, which is a real historic gem. Looking forward to a return visit.

The whole experience was fantastic. The only negative is that it was on the third floor and no elevator. Room was very clean and well equipped. Even had chairs for us to use at the beach. Will book it again next year

A fantastic time at the beach. It's barely a five minute walk from our room to the beach. It's a bit of a longer walk to reach the strip but if you've been to Hampton, you've seen it all before. Be honest, how much overpriced fudge does a person really need? Our room was clean, well stocked with the essentials, no complaints. Plenty of hot water. 4 days and no one touched our parking spot. Scott sent us everything needed to securely get in and out of the room, answering all questions quickly and thoroughly. We're definitely coming back next summer.
