'We found this house to be AMAZING! Everything was just as described and all of the rooms are large. It is a very expansive home. Huge pool and game room area. Huge kitchen. Huge dining table (we played cards!).....huge driveway. All so tucked away in a cool, old Gainesville neighborhood. As a matter of information, I did not see a place where we could control the temperature, but it was very comfortable while we were here. 'Enjoyed hosting a large family weekend gathering a the house. The house was large and clean and the two separate living spaces worked out well. The kitchen in the main house was big and well-stocked. We loved the covered porch and comfy seating there. The pool itself is clean and large. There is only one ladder into the pool so it's not ADA or kid friendly. Overall, I recommend this for a large group getaway. '
