'Enjoy the finest of Swiss Customer service in this hotel. We visited the hotel during winter for a white Christmas experience, the hotel is nestled at the foot of Les diablerets. This hotel meets the warmth you need in winter. Very friendly staff, clean and good food. '

'Lovely little hotel with wooden structure. The staff provided excellent hospitality. I was in rush to the train station to catch the hourly train back to Montreux but could only reached the hotel to retrieve my luggage 10 min before the train departure. The staff offered an exceptional drive for me so that I could catch the train. That gave me an excellent first impression of the Swiss!'

'Just an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff is incredible. The front desk staffer actually drove us to the train station on the way out. Talk about door-to-door service! I can’t wait to come back in the winter to ski. I will definitely stay here.'

'Ik was hier voor een kort verblijf (4 dagen)met mijn vrouw. Ik ging skieen mijn vrouw winkelen. Voor deze twee sporten is het hotel ideaal. Je zit aan het begin van de dorpsstraat en met een busje wordt je iedere morgen vanuit de skikelder naar de piste gebracht.Het hotel is net van eigenaar gewisseld(half Nederlands) en deze heeft het hotel compleet verbouwd en opgeknapt op een zeer mooie en chique wijze. Je krijgt op alle vlakken het gevoel da je als gast belangrijk bent. Ook de keuken is...

The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings — much more than we expected. The décor was simple and minimalistic, and although there was no mini bar, it didn’t take away from our comfort at all.

'Mijn ervaring met Le Grande Maison.Dit is absoluut geen hotel.Bij aankomst is er niemand je moet dan een nummer bellen wat aan gegeven staat op de deur.Enige tijd later komt er iemand die je een kamer aanwijst.Het is een oude verbouwde boerderij met veel trappen en geen lift.Ik ben reuma patient met 2 kunstheupen echt comfortabel is dit dus niet.Parkeer gelegenheid is er bijna niet zo krap dat er nu een deuk in mijn auto zit.De aankomst straten zijn zo nauw dat je met veel kunst en vliegwerk...

'the hotel and staff are perfect! location and food could not be better. you can hike directly from the hotel and view is truly spectacular from the hotel. For me the only small downside is that the pillows on the bed are very thin. Not sure if other types of pillows are available i did not check with the hotel. '

'We had a fantastic time at the botel. The food was excellent, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful. Everything ran smoothly and the atmosphere was great. The views were absolutely mind-blowing waking up to that scenery was a highlight. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning (or even fans) in the room. With how hot European summers are getting, that made the nights a bit uncomfortable. Still, we really enjoyed our stay overall.'
