Cabin On The Lake is je eigen Hideaway op een prive-10 Acre Lake

Afgelegen hut op 200 hectare met uw eigen privémeer. Ontspan op het grote dek met een spectaculair uitzicht op het meer en het bos op elk moment van de dag of nacht. Geniet van vissen in het meer, wandelen over de vele kilometers paden, zwemmen of gewoon relaxen op het strand. Het meer is uitgerust met roeiboot en kano. Geniet 's avonds van een kampvuur in de vuurplaats. Perfect voor een familievakantie of een romantisch uitje. Slaap zes met koningin Murphy bed in de slaapkamer: twee stapelbedden; en een queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer. Volledig ingerichte keuken met eethoek, 1 1/2 badkamers, wasmachine / droger, ac, wifi, tv / videorecorder, terras en patio. Slechts 11 mijl van Galena met winkels, restaurants en vele bezienswaardigheden. Maximale bezetting 6. Sorry, maar geen huisdieren of roken. Verhuur is beschikbaar van april tot november.

Great Time

Perfect Getaway

As you descend down the drive you become absorbed into tranquility. You immediately realize that this is your chance to become one with nature. The drive opens to the cabin and pond. You spend your team surrounded by nothing but nature. It was just what we needed and we got some amazing pictures and have some phenomenal memories to take us until our next adventure. Would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed here before. Enjoyed the cabin and the beautiful lake. Kids loved swimming and fishing. Property manager was very responsive! Unfortunately, one of our family members had a allergic reaction to something inside the cabin (mold, dust?).

I think this is our fourth year in a row and we are planning on making it five. Word to the wise though, don’t leave your fresh farm stand corn on the picnic table overnight unless you want to make the raccoons happy.

We always have a great time coming here for years! I will say this year it wasn’t very clean and for the second year in a row, no propane was on hand. The property manager did bring some down though, when she brought the toilet paper we were out of as well.

Perfect relaxing cabin by the lake

The best part for us, is the solitude. The feeling of total relaxation. The only sounds, are the sounds of nature! We fished, swam, hiked, had a campfire, s’mores, stargazed (bring binoculars, unbelievable the amount of stars seen, with no light pollution here). The cabin is well furnished with anything you may need, and feels so cozy. We are already looking forward to coming back next year.

Feels like home

We’ve been renting this cabin for years and have stayed more times than I can count. Every time I pull into the drive, it feels like coming home, and I’m sad whenever I have to leave. It is, quite simply, the perfect getaway.

Amazing!!

This cabin was everything my husband and I were looking for! So quiet and secluded, perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. From the moment we pulled up to the cabin, to the time we left, we were so in love with this place. It is just far enough away to be secluded, but close enough to town for groceries and activities. We enjoyed The General golf course at Eagle Ridge, which was less than 20 minutes away, Fergetaboudit winery which was about 10 minutes away, and Galena. At the cabin we loved fishing, the campfire, hiking around the property, and grilling out on the deck while watching a storm roll in. I highly recommend this cabin and even already booked again for next year :)

Unique place to stay!

This was my 4th time at this place! It’s such a unique place! Private lake, beautiful surrounding! We enjoyed our weekend and we were so sad we had to leave the place! The check in process was very smooth, the cabin was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We really enjoyed watching the stars at night, and the peacefulness of the place! Relax and unwind.

This property is truly a tranquil retreat and Im so grateful that they share this place. This year I decided to venture into the woods, across from cabin. Left of the cabin was easy peasy. Then I decided to go to the south west side of the cabin. Well I got lost and walked and walked. I finally came opon a farm with a girl named Amanda. She lived on Blanding. She was the sweetest thing and had me hop into her side by side and took me back to my cabin, in a down pour on muddy trails. I wanted to give her something for her trouble but she wouldnt except anything. It was an adventure for sure.

Perfect getaway

This was our third year staying here, and my 5 year old grandson’s first time. He really had a great time too. When we were getting ready to leave, he said he wanted to stay 100 more days. Cabin on the Lake

We loved our time at the Cabin on the Lake! We fished, we hiked, we went swimming, and we had campfires every night. The cabin is in a great location—totally secluded, but close enough for a quick trip into town. I’m honestly torn in between telling everyone I know how awesome this place is versus telling absolutely no one, in hopes that it might be available for our next stay.

Slice of Heaven!

We loved our time at the cabin on the lake! Our kids (5 & 7) loved it as well! Private lake for fishing, boating, and swimming. Nature trails to explore. And only 20 minutes from Galena. We will definitely be back!

Cabin in the woods

A perfect cabin in the woods! The lake was beautiful! It was so quiet, all you could hear were the birds and frogs. The deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and enjoying the view. And the fire pit was perfect for s'mores! Great location and not too far from Galena if you wanted to run into town for a meal. Three Sisters in Elizabeth (15 min away) has amazing ice cream too!!
