'The room was clean, and the property was undergoing renovations. We arrived four hours before check-in. I asked the desk clerk if it would be possible to check in early. To my surprise, he asked to see my ID, checked me in, handed me the room key, and told me to come back if I needed anything else. In all my travels, that was a first. 'It's really a lot of money to pay when the cleaners can't bring yi things that you need when you give them the things that have lredy been used I have been here 2 weeks and no one has offered to clean the room I have had to clean it myself I feel I should be getting a discount for having to go out of my way to get the things I need for the room and having to clean it myself'

'This place was disgusting. There was some kind of body fluids all over the walls. No wash rags. Advertised that there would be breakfast and there was none. Advertised that there was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Didn't have any of those. Will never stay here again'

'Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort.'

'The inside of the property was food but there were a lot of people that stayed there like living there and they were outside a lot and making noises.'

'I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The mattress was old and badly indented, making it feel like I was sinking into it. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. I personally went to the front desk and asked for extra pillows. They told me they would deliver them to my room, but they never did. On top of that, the hallway had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the stay even less enjoyable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are much better places to stay.'

'The room was absolutely terrible, the toilet was broken, bathroom door broken. The room did not feel clean at all and it definitely did not feel safe enough to sleep in.'
