I am very grateful because they didn’t have to even allow me to continue to use their internet after check out time and instead they continued to help me find a good connection elsewhere in the hotel. They came where I was to get my order for food, served me lunch and let me pay from a table in the hall!'

'Beautiful room and very clean. It was so much bigger than a normal room - lots of space to move around. We arrived in town earlier than we expected and called to ask if we could check in early. We were told to come on by and they would get us in as soon as they could (which was about 2 hours earlier than check in time) and would we like to have lunch in the dining room?
