'Staff was amazing'

'Clean but pool was under construction and I wasn't allowed to get my money back to change hotels because I went through Expedia. Only reason I picked this hotel was because of the pictures of the pool and my kids couldn't use it.'

'There was nothing to like about that property. When we arrived , there was no air conditioning in the front lobby. When we entered our room , it was eighty three degrees in there. The t v would not work. The flooring was bubbled up and chipped in numerous places. One of the lamps was not working so it was dark in the room. There were scrapes and bumps all around the walls. The only ice machine they had did not work. It was a hundred and four degrees outside and the pool was closed!!!. That room...

'The bathroom was filthy so I didn’t even consider eating there . Bedding was clean but the beds were hard and uncomfortable. I can’t believe Wyndham would even claim this property. Even the stairs going to your room were wobbly and at the point of crumbling '

'I didn’t like anything I booked this through this app the night off I was supposed to pick up my son from the Air Force. I wanted to get some sleep that night but they said I couldn’t check in until 3 PM. I had to sleep in my car, this is ridiculous. I want Refund.'

'Excellent hotel. Best in Abilene, and we looked at several options while in town. Clean hotel, clean rooms, easy parking, helpful staff. Everything in Abilene is overpriced right now due to multiple AI data center build outs. However this hotel came closest to validating the sky high Abilene room rates. Would highly recommend.'

'By far the worst experience in a hotel/motel ever! The sheets were stained and stunk like death! Holes in bathroom, and mold on shower head. We didnt even fill comfortable taken a shower in the morning. Then to top off this nightmare... In the morning I paid for my stay and simply commenced that the sheets could you a wash ... The clerk simply ignored me, so I repeated myself and this dude started cussin' me out ... so i returned the favor and he simply ignored me... PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A...

'Room and restroom were clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet area. Staff members were polite for check in/out, didn't interact with them besides that. Good price for a two- queen bed room with kitchen and fridge, but we didn't get to use the kitchen. They do not provide pans or plates.'

'Front desk and breakfast staff were so friendly. Maid. Yelled at me through the door wanting in, after I told her twice I didn’t need anything. It was the yelling that got me. The shower was luke warm at best. The sink didn’t drain properly. It was clean and staff was nice though!'

'Way too ran down. I feel like it was price gauging for the data centers being built. Room was open before I got to use my key to open it. The bathroom door was had both inside and outside door panels drilled together instead of replaced. Mold growing on top of shower, no working vent in the shower.'

'I didn’t stay in the motel. I got it there the night off and I said I couldn’t check in until 3 PM. I was there to pick up my son from the Air Force so I had to sleep in my car. I think I own an apology on this app for letting me book and not be able to sleep. I needed somewhere to sleep at night not to sleep in my car, this is just ridiculous taking my hard earn money I would like a refund'

'The bathroom door was broken and the tv didn’t turn on. One wall is a giant window with curtains… the shower would only get super hot or super cold… in the middle the water literally wouldn’t cone out at all. The lobby smelled like pot…'

'We had no bath towels. No sheets on bed. Crumby front desk when I asked for for glasses and where to have a meal. And advised us to have breakfast somewhere else. I walked a few blocks to find a pop machine. Just to say the other Super 8’s were fine. There was a drawer full of old bottles and the place was unclean. But it was late and as seniors who were on the road all day, I asked for some sheets that I put on the bed and slept the night.'
