'This hotel has all the basic essentials, including wifi, fridge and microwave (at the reception’s). They don’t serve breakfast but there is a coffee machine in the room and tea at the reception’s office. If needed there’s food and water for sale, of course you can always go to Target’s.
The people are very kind. Room was clean. There’s soap and lotion available. There’s no noise from others. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat.'

'Good points: location is convenient to LA, Hollywood and Universal Studios. Free shuttle to Universal is a big plus (remember to reserve well ahead of time). The pool area and the sun deck are a great place to lounge. Rooms are good enough with decent beds.
Bad points: walls of rooms are thin and there may be a lot of noise. Parking spaces are built for 1950s cars and are small for today’s size of cars. My main negative point was that the hotel charged us a ridiculous amount for a new bed sheet...

'It was an exceptional experience! Kiki & the entire staff were super friendly & helpful.
We arrived at 10AM & they stored our luggage (no charge) while we went out for the day. Upon returning at 3pm, Kiki walked us to our room where they'd already put our bags. She explained our room key would also unlock the hotel's front door. We appreciated they kept it locked at all times; you could either ring the bell to be let in or use your key.

'My friend and I only stayed for one night but Simon at the front desk was amazing and helpful and Luis was our driver on the shuttle bus. He was so friendly! Gave us great advice on what get at Porto's for breakfast the next morning and made sure we knew where to be when he picked us up that night!! Will definitely stay there again!!! Thanx guys!! The hotel is located in a safe area. There are a number of bus stops near the hotel that can bring you to Downtown Los Angeles or to Hollywood, Fairfax and Beverly Hills. Along those bus lines you can also transfer to the metro lines, which means you can pretty much reach the entire Los Angeles metropolitan area using public transit using the nearby bus stops.
For groceries there is a Ralph's supermarket nearby and there are a number of diners nearby as well. The Glendale Galleria mall is a few bus stops away as well.
