Nobody from reception was there. Had to wait 2hours for manager to come. Manager didnt know about our stay. We shower our ID and reservation papers and still he didnt want to give us a room. He Said that my visa from my pasport was not valid this is insane because me and my fiance have valid ID. When i told him that im going to...

"Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was een grote teleurstelling. De kamer was onhygiënisch, met beddengoed dat al lange tijd niet leek te zijn verschoond. Overal vlogen insecten rond en de sfeer was ronduit onprettig.
