Experience a relaxing vacation at the “Fiti” vacation rental in the beautiful riverside town of Haren (Ems), just 2 km from the popular Schloss Dankern vacation resort.
Enjoy your vacation in a cozy atmosphere. This vacation rental stands out for its unique blend of state-of-the-art furnishings and amenities, combined with beautiful antique furniture and a maritime touch.
The spacious vacation rental features 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV; the other bedroom has two single beds. A travel crib for children can be added to the second bedroom if needed. We’d be happy to provide one—just let us know if you need it.
The vacation rental also has 2 bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower and a toilet. We’ve also recently added a washer-dryer combo (washer and dryer in one unit). This is especially convenient for families and/or longer stays. :-)
A large combined living and dining room with recliners, a large sofa, TV, DVD player, CD player, and an open sandstone fireplace invites you to enjoy relaxed and cozy evenings.
For rainy days, there’s a game cabinet here with games for all ages, as well as a selection of entertaining DVDs.
In the modern, spacious kitchen—which features built-in appliances, a dining area, and a cozy sitting area—you can prepare and enjoy meals together. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a sink, a dishwasher, and a microwave. A coffee maker, toaster, and electric egg cooker are also provided.
On the covered patio with seating, you can stay dry even in rainy weather. A small barbecue area is perfect for cozy barbecues with family or friends. A charcoal grill and an electric grill are available here.
The large storage room can accommodate plenty of bulky luggage.
The “Fiti” vacation rental offers free Wi-Fi.
A private parking space right in front of the vacation rental and a bike shelter are also available.
Included in the price are bed linens (beds made upon arrival) and a towel package (1 bath towel, 2 hand towels, 1 guest towel, and 1 washcloth per person), as well as kitchen towels.
Shopping options for daily necessities are located in the immediate vicinity, just two blocks away from the vacation rental.
You’ll find outing options for all ages in the immediate vicinity. The Schloss Dankern vacation center, with its large swimming lake, is known for its wide variety of recreational and sports activities, including an amusement park with an indoor play area, a water park, water skiing, pedal boating, a surf school, and a go-kart track. It is located very close by (approx. 3 km) and can also be reached on foot from the “Fiti” vacation rental along the beautiful Haren-Rütenbrock Canal.
Within a few minutes’ drive, you’ll also find attractive destinations such as the Emsland Excavator Park (8 min.), the Sprungfrei Lathen Trampoline Park (16 min.), the Wildlands Adventure Zoo Emmen in the neighboring Netherlands (29 min.), the Surwold Climbing Forest (33 min.), or the Thüle Animal and Leisure Park (53 min.), and much more. It’s located just a 5-minute walk from your vacation rental in downtown Haren. Here you’ll also find countless shopping options, as well as a wide selection of restaurants where you can treat yourself to a culinary experience.
There are also plenty of great day trips and activities to enjoy in the beautiful river town of Haren. Beautiful walking paths along the Ems invite you to relax and linger. If you’d like to explore the Ems from the water on your own, you can rent a boat from a rental service—no boating license is required.
Cycling enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here. The well-developed network of bike paths makes for great day trips by bike.
Culture enthusiasts will be impressed by the Maritime Museum, the Mill Museum at the Mersmühle, or the Inselmühle Museum.
