'From the moment we stepped into reception we were impressed by the grandeur of the hotel. We were welcomed by the Concierge and directed to Reception where we were assisted by a lovely Irish young lady. From start to finish all the staff made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. 'Perfecte ligging, rustig, moderne uitstraling, aardig en behulpzaam personeel, ontbijtbuffet met ruim aanbod, gratis bronwater op de kamer, kamer was op wat stof na wel schoon, maar er zaten wel wat vlekken op de muur naast het bed en in de badkamer waren het chroom en het glas niet helemaal schoon. Ook had de badkamerdeur wat afgebladderde verf. Geen grote problemen, maar wel wat kleine dingetjes qua hygiëne. Heb verder een prima verblijf gehad. '
