'This is a straightforward hotel in a nice quiet street a short walk from the centre of town. We could park close to the building both days we were there. On the day we arrived the manager took care of us nicely, as we were rather early. '

'The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out.
The room was spotless and very well serviced. Every day the bathroom was cleaned, the tea and coffee supplies topped up and so on.
