'The Pub was a grade 2 listed building which was a 1700 era the best way to describe it is Quirky! . The internal pub area was full of history and upstairs the rooms fixtures and fitting new with the decoration being fresh but sympathetic to the age of the building. the food was good Pub Grub and the cooked breakfast was great Full English or Full Scottish Both filling and well cooked, served piping hot! Lovely outside area and caters for Dogs. '

'The staff is amazing, the room was very nice. Great location on a 5 minute walk from the airport. Great food and nice bar. The only think i did not like was the smell of sigarettes/sigars on the 4th floor.( the hallway). I told the staff about this but i smelled it al the three days....i think the smell is in the carpet or the wall or something but they should look into that for the future. Overall great stay ,nice people, good food and great location. '

'Heerlijk geslapen op de comfortabele bedden. Waren vroeger en konden toch al onze kamer in, heel fijn! Geen geluid van buiten te horen en goed werkende airco.
Iets minder is dat het allemaal wat gedateerd is maar daar is de prijs ook wel naar. Pendelbus naar hotel is 4 pond per volwassene per keer. Zonder auto wordt snel duur als je er meerdere keren gebruik van wil maken. Het is maar een paar minuten rijde. '

"For the Beyonce concerts in June I went to this hotel. The room was really nice. The beds was really comfy and I liked the window seat. I had a pleasant stay and it was easy travelling to the hotspurs stadium as well as london city and LCY airport. Staff was nice and very friendly too."
"Prachtig uitzicht op de Tower Bridge zoals omschreven was. We kregen wat we bestelden. Dat is heel belangrijk. De staat van onderhoud is slecht, maar renovatie is opgestart. Dat is hard nodig. Alles was wel schoon. De view op de brug was magisch..
Ontbijt was prima. Uiteraard Engels ontbijt en nog wat andere zaken daarnaast.
Ik zou het hotel wel aanraden, maar voor 1 of 2 nachten."

"The way my friends/customers were treated at check in by this hotel is just criminal. AND the very worst thing is that this Marriott Regents Park plays this trick on many customers.
The reservation had been made and payment was to be made at the hotel. After a stressful journey, the family arrived at the hotel. Check in and rested briefly in the room, before they were to see London for the first time. However, no key before payment was in order. Fine, however, their bank cards would not work, the receptionist informed them. "You guys should just contact your bank"
They did this and their bank assured them that everything was fine with the credit and debit cards and that no payment had been attempted from a Marriott in the UK. Strange.
The receptionist then forced them to withdraw money from the ATM in the lobby, which, due to a very bad exchange rate, made them pay €200 more for 3 hotel nights than stated on the booking confirmation. And they pull this trick on as many guests as possible. Without any excuse or compensation. So think carefully before booking this hotel! And if you do, don't be fooled.

"Het hotel ligt heel centraal. Veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en gewoon goed. Diner was niet goedkoop maar zeker de moeite waard. De ambiance van het hotel is fijn en klassiek. We hadden een familiekamer. De kamer is gedateerd, de faciliteiten op de kamer zijn uitgebreid. Echt minpunt en eigenlijk een gebrek is het toilet. Het is oud maar belangrijker nog het functioneert niet goed. Toiletpapier heel moeilijk door te spoelen. 2 keer iemand naar gekeken zonder succes.. uit nood maar naar het toilet beneden gegaan voor de " grote boodschap". Dat vinden wij echt een tekortkoming. Jammer, het heeft de beleving toch negatief beinvloed voor ons helaas. "
