'We loved this place. There was some hiccups with communication at first but that was quickly resolved. The home was just as advertised. Spacious and fit our need perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Most important it was very close to UAB where i was having heart surgery. I needed to add a day onto the stay for my husband and kids to recoup from thr stress and my surgery before driving several hours home. This request was accommodated wuickly and with no issues. 'Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago.
