Welcome to Lodge No Complaints — a relaxing lakefront retreat located on a double lot along Springwood Lake in Harrison, Michigan. Whether you're planning a weekend of kayaking, hitting the nearby ORV or snowmobile trails, hunting, or just kicking back with family and friends, this home makes the perfect all-season base.

The house has two levels. You'll enter on the lower level, which features one bedroom and the converted office, a full bathroom, a rec room for hanging out, and a laundry area. Upstairs, the main living space includes three more bedrooms, another full bathroom, and an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room with vaulted ceilings and a stunning wall of windows overlooking the lake. From this level, you can step right out onto a spacious wraparound deck and enjoy peaceful lake views. All bed and bath linens are provided.

A few steps from the deck take you down to the private pier, where you can swim, fish, or launch your own kayak, canoe, or paddleboard. To protect the lake from invasive species, we ask that any personal watercraft be cleaned first if they’ve been in other bodies of water. We also provide two kayaks for your use between May and September and have an old row boat you're welcome to use with the oars provided in the garage. Please note: Springwood Lake does not allow gas-powered motors, and guests are not permitted to use motorized watercraft of any kind. Towels are provided.

There’s plenty of room to park, with space for up to five vehicles, including trailers. Please use the concrete pad or driveway for parking. Between the pole barn and the fire pit, you’ll find a large open yard that’s great for outdoor games. We simply ask that you respect the neighbors’ boundaries and stay within the property lines — specifically, don’t go past the far edge of the pole barn.

Guests have full access to the house and to the small garage off the driveway (note: the pole barn is not included). Inside the garage, you’ll find a variety of seasonal gear and activities, including kayaks, cornhole, fishing equipment, life jackets, a wagon, and more. You're welcome to use anything in the garage, though availability can vary. We just ask that everything be returned neatly for the next guests.

The laundry area includes a washer and dryer, which you're welcome to use — just be aware that detergent and softener may not be provided.

We supply a starter kit of essentials, including:

*8 K-Cups

*Dish soap

*Paper towels - 2+ rolls

*Kitchen trash/recycling bags - 6 extra

*Small trash bags (bathrooms, etc.) -1 extra per can (underneath)

*Dishwasher tabs - 5

*Swedish dishcloth/washcloth - 1

*Sponge or scrubber - 1

*Toilet Paper - 4+ rolls

Please restock these items as needed if you run out during your stay.

You'll have full access to the house, garage, and yard including the pier on the lake and a fire pit area. You will not have access to the pole barn or any indoor parking.

Guests will be required to sign a mandatory Township/HOA rental agreement which includes the items listed below. This will be sent shortly after booking is confirmed. I recommend reviewing and returning it right away. Per Airbnb policy, guests have 24 hours to cancel their booking without penalty from Airbnb for stays 7+ days out.

Should you decide to cancel after accepting and returning the agreement or failing to return the agreement, you will be subject to the cancellation policies detailed in the listing.

Supplementary Agreement includes the following HOA and township requirements:

*10 occupant overnight limit
*15 person limit during daylight hours
*No pets
*No smoking or vaping inside the home
*Quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am
*Property boundaries
*5 parking spots
*No motorized watercraft on lake
*Personal watercraft must be launched from rental property pier
*Life jackets required for watercraft users
*No fishing license required; DNR size limitations do apply
*Only keep fish you intend to eat while at the rental property
*Fishing poles must be actively attended
*Give the annual loon family plenty of space
*No fireworks
*No ORVs or snowmobiles in neighborhood or on frozen lake
*No discharging of weapons
*No tents, campers, or temporary structures on property
*No littering, trash must be in wheeled bins due to bear activity
*Fires in fire ring only; gathering of downed sticks is allowed
