Toilet was broken and ran all night. Shower body was broken so that it only ran very hot or cold. Carpet was quite dirty. Staff sent someone to fix toilet on second day but he could not fix shower without parts.I really should have gotten a discount on the room but none was offered.

Great location, just off the highway. Close to a. Purple places to eat. The hotel was very comfortable. And clean. Great shower pressure and hot water. Only problem is the hotel is noisy. Close to highway and lots of nighttime traffic.

I paid for one night with the insurance, by credit card, in advance. The reservation was made thru Expedia. I then phoned the hotel personally to confirm the details. On arrival hotel demanded another $100 as a security deposit. That seems an exorbitant amount , and I would have expected a security deposit to be collected with the reservation cost, not sprung on an unsuspecting guest at arrival.

Staff was great. However, the walls are thin. People came in at 11:30 pm above us and beside us. Beside us talking and slamming doors for an hour. Above us, jumping and running up and down the floor. We called the front desk to complain And the noise above stopped shortly thereafter.
