Dockenbush Cottage is een luxe vakantiehuis met eigen kookgelegenheid op een hectare eigen grond in de buurt van het dorp Brearton, North Yorkshire. Het huisje is compleet met een prachtige open woon-eetkamer-keuken en 2 slaapkamers; 1 kingsize en 1 super kingsize, beide met royale eigen badkamer. Er is ook een apart toilet / hulpprogramma met toilet, wastafel en wasmachine / droger. Het huisje heeft een eigen tuin met een grasveld en prachtige lavendel randen, een terras tafel en stoelen zijn voorzien, samen met een BBQ voor uw gebruik. Dit vakantiehuis ademt charme met zijn stijlvolle en comfortabele inrichting. Alle kamers zijn ingericht naar een hoge standaard in neutrale tinten, met spots en tafellampen om de perfecte sfeer te garanderen! De volledig uitgeruste keuken heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor uw verblijf. Het huisje ligt op één niveau.

Dockenbush Cottage bevindt zich in een klasse apart op het gebied van locatie, kwaliteit van de accommodatie en de diensten die we bieden, we zijn er trots op dat we onze gasten de beste ervaring kunnen bieden. Het huisje is gelegen op een prive-landgoed met mijl van wandelen en een spectaculair landschap.

Er is een toeslag van £ 25 voor het gebruik van de slaapbank. Het huisje is beschikbaar voor verhuur op een wekelijkse basis of voor een verblijf van minimaal 3 nachten, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid.

Opmerking: minimumnacht voor Kerstmis en Nieuwjaar is 7 nachten. Wij accepteren geen vrijgezellenfeesten.

A lovely cottage in a rural setting

We loved our stay at Dockenbush Cottage. It was located on a rural property making for a peaceful,relaxing stay. It was comfortably furnished and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Graham also included a welcome pack which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay not too far from major towns and villages.

Peaceful beauty in the countryside

The Yorkshire countryside offers beauty and history around every corner, so staying in the midst of it all was top of my list for a recent stay. This lovely converted barn didn’t disappoint. The setting on a gorgeous estate, was a dream to wake up to, complete with the two labs Murphy and Callie visiting for treats. So much to see in such short distances from our base made the vacation one to remember. I’ll definitely be back

Great accomodation. A converted barn which had a very homely feeling. Well equipped kitchen. Welcome hamper which was lovely. A south facing enclosed garden to sit in the afternoon sun. Short drive to Harrogate and knaresbourgh. Pately bridge only 12 miles away and into the dales. Would highly recommend this place if looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay

Lovely, well thought out barn conversion So cosy and comfortable, yet with plenty of space for everyone. Immaculately clean and with all you woukd ever use in the kitchen. Two lovely ensuite doyble bedrooms. The garden was secure so my little dog coukd not wander off. Great central location. We visited Scarborough, Robin Hood Bay, Kiplin Hall and James Herriot World. Pub down the road serves lovely food. Also, the owner Grayham met us to show us to the property and kindly made our garden sevure so dog could not wander. The welcome basket was absolutely gorgeous. I will have no hesitation in recommending tgis property to family, friends and colleagues.

WOW! What a stay!

We can't say enough about our stay at this absolutely charming cottage near Brearton. We were so pleased by the generous welcome package and even more so by the great instuction book of things to see and do - including a spectacular cross-country hike to the fabulous local pub (highly recommended for Sunday Roast!). A beautiful cottage, well presented and everything you need for your stay. A lovely welcome pack too which is a really nice touch. Off the beaten track but for our relaxing weekend that is exactly what we needed but yet still close enough to Knaresborough and Harrogate. Would highly recommend.

Just the ticket!

Rented this lovely cottage for my mothers birthday, wanted a quiet place in the country close to Harrogate. Graham the owner was brilliant, I asked if he could do a couple of things for me to make the place a little more special for my mother - he very kindly put a “happy birthday” banner up, left a little gift, and even his daughter baked a delicious cake! The cottage is centrally located between several places of interest so a great base for all tastes. Will be back!

Idyllic, Bucolic, Wonderful

This property is located in a quiet, rural setting north of Harrogate, England. It is well maintained, met and exceeded all expectations. Two bedrooms with ensuite, kitted out kitchen and working laundry as advertised. We were met with key in door, basket of goodies, horses in the fields and two well trained labradors. We loved it. Thanks of our host Graham who checked in with us and gave pointers about the locale. Loved it as you can tell. If we wonder back to this area, we will certainly look at rebooking this offer.

Easter Escape

We had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape to North Yorkshire. The host kindly left us a welcome hamper with some Easter treats for us hooomans and the doggos which were very much appreciated. The cottage itself is nice and modern with lots of homely touches and has everything you need (and more). We really appreciated getting to use the paddock where we could let the dogs play freely. There are a couple of lovely restaurants / bars within walking distance.
