'We enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean the only thing would be it seemed like the humidity was high in there but we were located near the pool. Regardless I would still give them five stars we have had multiple stays there and that was never an issue in the other rooms. Would recommend'

'The stay was good however if you have pets beware that the pet fee says $25.00 per accommodation, per stay. I took that as a one-time fee of $25.00 for one night regardless of how many pets you have. When I checked in they changed it to 25.00 per pet. I brought it up that is not what is stated on Expedia. The guy at the front desk blew me off and told me to contact expedia. Well, expedia has nothing to do with the pet fees since its a separate charge from the hotel. I don't mind paying for the...

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....
