*Prohibited Vehicles: Please note that ATVs and off-road motorcycles are not permitted within the ranch itself. However, guests are more than welcome to use these vehicles in the expansive 90,000 acres of national forest located directly behind the house.
*Trail Access Information: For those looking to explore on ATVs, trails can be accessed just outside the ranch entrance on Brown's Pass and Breakneck Pass roads. It's a convenient and exciting way to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty!
Community Rules:
4 wheel or All Wheel Drive vehicles are required from October through May due to high alpine weather conditions.
Parking on roads will result in towing at the owner's expense plus any incurred fines.
Open fire pits and any outdoor open flames are strictly prohibited by Park County regulations due to wildfire risk. This includes campfires, wood-burning fire pits, and fireworks. Violations may result in fines, eviction, and loss of security deposit.
