'Our family stayed for 4 nights and we had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The pool area & leisure facilities were great - clean and well presented. We included breakfast in our rate and it was superb- plenty of choice; healthy and less healthy, with my husband’s coeliac needs well met. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and were always able to help with any question. We would certainly stay again! '

'Stayed in the pod with en-suite for one night after visiting the NEC. Location was great with just a short and quick journey back from the NEC avoiding all the traffic. We arrived by 6pm so checked in at reception with the key to our pod handed over. Pod was small but functional and adequate for the night which we found to be warm and cosy. 'Voor ons was het maar een kort verblijf maar het hotel is wat verouderd en op het terras stonden verschillende tafels met vuile glazen e.d. ! De 2de dag hebben we ‘s avonds gegeten in het hotel en het eten was lekker ! Barpersoneel was vriendelijk maar personeel aan de receptie was minder'
