'Nice location, only 20 minute drive from the centre of New Orleans. When we arrived we first got a smokey room, although we booked non-smoking. The second room was not entirely ready yet and we never received the extra towels (there were only two large ones) and shampoo. The carpet of the room was very dirty, our slippers turned completely black. We did not use the kitchen, as there were no pots and pans. A complementary breakfast would be nice. 'This place is always a fun place to go to. Everyone is so friendly- that's not a lie. If you stay here for a couple of days you start to feel like you're part of a family, which is kind of weird when you're in a hotel. But that's also good right? Thank you for coming to my TED Talk LOL'
