Dit huis van 1800 m² biedt 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. , Deze woning heeft alles wat je nodig hebt! Gedecoreerd in aardewerk schuur en kist en vat meubels!Pas gerenoveerd, zonovergoten Kaapstad huis. Buitengewone locatie-rustige woonwijk, minuten naar Long Pond, Bank Street Beach, Nantucket Sound, aangename baai, korte wandeling naar de honkbalvelden, schilderachtige fietspad, tennisbanen, golfbaan. Slechts enkele minuten naar het gemeenschapscentrum van Harwich. Handig om naar het centrum van Harwich Port, Chatham, Orleans en Brewster.
Een lichte en vrolijke serre met uitzicht op een ruime patio en een prachtige tuin met hortensia's en rododendrons en volwassen landschap. Mooie nieuwe keuken met granieten aanrechtbladen, nieuwe apparatuur, kathedraal en balkenplafond. De grote volledig uitgeruste keuken opent naar de eetkamer, ruime serre met flatscreen T. V. en aparte comfortabele woonkamer met flatscreen T. V. & Netflix en high speed internet. Superb rental

I’ve stayed in a LOT of vacation rentals, but this one of the best. Great space for a family, large and well stocked kitchen, comfy rooms, great showers, excellent location for biking to rail trails, the beach, and swimming ponds. Close enough to Route 6 for exploring other parts of the Cape. Harwich is a lovely little town.

Nice week on the cape

Great location and property. The house was just as pictured and very clean. The location made it easy to walk to the center of Harwich and bike trail. Could get to Harwich beaches in less than 10 minutes. Overall very happy with the rental.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Nancy’s home! The house was very clean and spacious. The outdoor space was also a wonderful addition with gas grill and plenty of lounging and eating space in a quiet backyard. Would absolutely stay again!

This house was bigger than it appeared on line. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for Grandparents to share a Cape Cod week with family. Centrally located for easy drives to 5 different beaches. This home was located in a quiet neighborhood which felt safe and relaxed.

Beautiful Cape Cod Home

Nancy was an absolutely great host! We had a wonderful stay in her beautiful home for our family vacation! We were on the Cape for a family reunion and this spot was the perfect central location! The home is within walking distance to Cranberry Valley Golf Course and also to Whitehouse Field where the Harwich Mariners play baseball. It was also conveniently located to so many local attractions. It was so nice to have my entire family together in one place with plenty of room! We could not have asked for anything more! Would highly recommend this rental for your family vacation!

Great location

The location was great! Within walking distance to a local park that had pickleball courts. Also we could ride our bikes to the Old Colony Rail Trial which links up with the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The backyard was nicely landscaped. I would recommend this place.

Comfortable house

We had a very nice stay at this house. Its in a quiet neighborhood which we liked and is a half mile from the rail trail and has easy access to rt 6. We had 3 adults and 3 children and everyone had enough space. The pictures are accurate. Kids loved the outdoor shower.

This VRBO Cheered Us Up

VRBO pictures are always taken in the best light, and it rained 5 of the 7 days we were in Cape Cod, so my wife and I were very pleased when we first entered our rental unit. Despite the gloomy weather outside, the entire unit looked very close to the very attractive VRBO pictures. While the upstairs hasn't been updated in awhile, the 1st floor bathroom and the kitchen were very current. LOVED the 1st floor shower.!!! And having the brand new washer and dryer in the basement wasn't a problem, because the basement was very clean and well lit. New bedroom sheets and comforters would give the bedrooms a fresh look, but we were asleep most of the time while in those rooms. For 1st time visitors to Cape Cod, this VRBO location was excellent - as we wanted to visit towns from Woods Hole to Provincetown...and we did. This unit is very fairly priced, and if we drive up from Charlotte again, I hope its available for us to rent again.

The property was both spacious and comfy. The kitchen was great to work in and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the light blocking shades were helpful. There was an issue with one of the shower doors but we were informed that it was safe and it was being worked on. Nancy was available via text for any issues or concerns. There was more cleaning required prior to leaving than many other places I have stayed at VRBO but it was do-able. Safe neighborhood and great yard

Lovely home in Harwich

The house was very nice and fairly well-equipped. The kitchen was great and we really enjoyed the family room. The grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect. We did miss having a tv or even a radio in the master bedroom upstairs, and could have used more towels, tub mats and toilet paper. The streaming tv’s did take getting used to, but worked out fine. Overall, great stay!
