Surrounded by glorious countryside keen walkers and cyclists can explore the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve or Fairlight Country Park which are both on your doorstep. Slightly further afield is the pretty medieval town of Rye famous for its cobbled streets and smuggling stories. Take a trip to nearby Hastings Old Town where there is a wealth of independent shops, cafes and restaurants coupled with seaside attractions to keep all the family entertained.


The front door opens into a small porch where you can leave your coats and shoes before continuing through to the open plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge area is cosy and inviting with a sofa, armchairs and a Smart TV and DVD. The kitchen offers an electric oven and induction hob, microwave and fridge, there is a freezer located in the utility area under the stairs. Once you’ve finished preparing your meals, enjoy them in the conservatory which is a light and bright room with a 3 seater sofa, retro armchair and a seating for four at the dining table, and a large selection of games in the cupboard to while away the afternoon. French doors from the conservatory open into the garden. The downstairs bedroom leads off the lounge and has twin zip-and-link beds (which can be made up as a king-size on request). There is also a downstairs WC just off the porch. Steep turned stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there is a spacious double bedroom and a compact and bijou bathroom with a hand-held shower over the bath, sink and a WC. The property has gas central heating.


Outside, a patio area is the perfect spot to enjoy a summer BBQ or morning coffee. The patio gives way to a lovely cottage style garden, with a set of steep steps that provides direct access to the dog friendly shingled beach. Unrestricted parking is available opposite the property (subject to availability).
