My Greatest Comments: 1) Front Counter Official need to send Client's Course Training - She is not multitasking person, rude the answer if ask questions or help or favor while she is doing work ( a THAI LADY) . She thinks she is always right Customer are wrong- scolding customers, hot temper not suited to be in the reception better to put her in housekeeping. Book for 3 rooms but in vein. The receptionist asks us our reference number but we didn’t print it because we just presented our mobile phone since it was saved in it. Now that we are in a modern world the management should send their receptionist into training. Better to look for another hotel..
