All 1 queen rooms have no refrigerator or microwaves. They are not advertised with refrigerator or microwave. The power supply in the rooms will not support these appliances without flipping the breaker. Yes the rooms are small and that is why we keep the price low.

The 1 queen rooms are not advertised with refrigerator and microwave. The power supply in the rooms will not support those appliances. We keep the prices the lowest in the area.

I didn't like much about the property and I especially didn't like that I could plainly hear the people next to me, i.e., the walls were paper thin! I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you're desperate for a room.

Went to check on our date of arrival at 5:00pm and was given a room that I didn't book. I booked a two-queen bed with frig. and microwave, they gave us keys to a signal queen with no frig. or microwave. Guess they thought I wouldn't notice. When we talked with the front desk about their mistake, we were told they gave our room away. WHAT? We were told that they would put us up in their "sister" motel up the road. Not having much of a choice, we agreed, We were to stay for three days, we left after the first night and they refused to refund any of the days we had left early.

Jeffrey called before arriving saying allergies were getting to his wife. He then harassed my front desk into upgrading him to our twice the price property Galaxy of Hatch. When I looked into his complaint my system and Expedias system showed "booking edited by guest" over a month ago, but he got the free upgrade and still complained and left early because they were having allergies and wanted to cancel before they arrived. Be aware we have a 3 day before arrival change or cancel policy. We are not flexible on this with 3rd party bookings through Expedias 5 companies, booking, and airbnb. It is industry standard.

Service nice, but the rest just ok.
The service was very nice, but the property is very basic for the very high price. The weather was cold (39F), and it was cold in the room as well, so stay overnight and move on.

Great place to eat and sleep
Small but perfect for what we needed. Had a problem with the tv but someone came and fixed it immediately. The cafe across the parking lot was fabulous!

I've stayed at Hatch Station a few times. Always clean and a good price. This time I stayed in a standard queen room #15. It has Microwave, TV and refrig. The bed was rock hard, I haven't experienced that in the past and will come back.

There was no one for check in and it was self check out. We were in our own the whole time! A key was left on the door since they knew we were arriving after 9 pm. I thought we had the wrong key because the door was so sticky we had to force it open! The listing says breakfast is “available,” which means you can purchase something… that was super confusing because I’ve only seen breakfast mentioned when it is complimentary, so we were scrambling for breakfast. The beds were super hard and uncomfortable. The room was small and outdated. There was a large bug on the floor. One window that wasn’t behind a door didn’t have a covering and so light came in and woke up light sleepers. I wouldn’t ever stay here again, even for half the price (which wasn’t a lot but we definitely got less than we paid for!).

This property was perfect for our trip to Zion and Bryce NPS. It’s right on the highway but quiet, the shop and onsite restaurant/cafe serve top quality food at very reasonable prices. The manager is also one of the most efficient people I’ve ever encountered. The rooms are small (single room) but air conditioned, decent wifi, and although could do with a few more coat hooks/bedside tables, we were very impressed by the value of our stay!

We stayed here after a day in Bryce Canyon. We had driven up the Bryce over an hour and this was about a half hour back down on the way to Zion. It was a nice place to crash for one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are small.

I booked this property because Expedia advertises a "cabin" I was surprised to find out that I was put in a very small, old room that was not a cabin. No refrigerator either, which had also been in the photos. The other room may be nicer, but I had expected a cabin and drove the extra miles to stay here. The restaurant was disappointing, I ordered a buffalo burger and was given a char-burnt burger that I tried to eat and ended up throwing away. I asked for ice since there was no refrigerator and was given a few cubs in a cup, I asked for more and did get a few more in the cup, needless to say it didn't keep my items cold.
