'What a hidden gem in the hills! We didn’t get to enjoy the property as much as we’d have liked to, but the pool and the apartment were really nice. Nothing fancy but a great experience nonetheless. It can be a little confusing to find and the directions thru the booking are not accurate at all. ' Adam was a great host. His place was cozy, clean, and very comfortable—the beds in particular were excellent. He was also very responsive, replying within minutes whenever we had questions. The property is located in a gated community, which made us feel safe at all times of the day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby; Daniel’s Pizza and the bakery across the street quickly became our go-to spots.'

'Great stay for a solo traveler looking for a place to crash for two nights — easy access to the beach, the T5 and 53 buses (to the airport and Old San Juan), and a 24/7 grocery store (Super Max). It was quiet and clean, and no pests (which was my top priority when booking a place). The bathroom sink is small and I ran out of soap, but that was not a huge deal and I would recommend this place to any solo traveler.'

'very close to beach. beach chairs and towels were provided, which was nice. host provided checkin details an hour after checkin time. mirror behind bed was not cleaned well, but the rest of the room was very clean. Shower head barely worked. the room had a coffee pot and coffee, but no filters. Half a roll of toilet paper was provided for a 3-night stay. If you're on foot, you cant exit the property without a key. You can hear the airport but you get used to it.'

'1. Directions from the app take you to the wrong address. 2. There are no numbered parking as she states. 3. The lockbox was hard to find per her instructions and would not relock when we departed. 4. We had to make our own beds when we arrived. 5. All responce was in spanish so I had to translate was a big hassle. 6. Slow to respond to messages. 7. ROCHES in the kitchen draws. I was able to get a picture of one for proof.
