First of all, I felt so sorry for the front desk person. This was not his fault. Housekeeping left without making the beds or towels on the 3rd floor rooms. About 6 different customers including myself had to come back and inform him rooms not cleaned and no towels. He even had trouble calling the person who was over housekeeping. At least two people demanded their money back, which the gentleman did. This hotel won’t make it unless you have competent working for you. I was moved to a room on 1st floor which had a king only and we needed two queens but we made it work for 3 people!!! Surely not worth 190.00
