The floor was uneven there was one light when you come into the property one light over the face Bowl. The covers had cigarette burns on them, the towels were very worn, the shower was so filthy that I refuse to get in it! When I booked the reservation it had a breakfast included, which turned out to be not the case. I went to the front desk to find out where they were serving and their response was Expedia has not corrected the problem we're not the problem Expedia is the problem. For me it was inappropriate while I was there, one lady who had checked in before me was making her third round at getting a key that would unlock her room. I should have walked away then but I was tired and had hope that's the room would be at least comfortable! Boy was I wrong the Light Between the two beds was there without above and I was unable to plug it in because the plug-in portion was not there - cut. What annoyed me most was that the floor was not level. I have problems with my back, and this didn't help! I returned to the room quite late on Friday night and I had been locked out of my room! Who does that? I had to literally drive to the front office to find out what the problem was. I was never told what caused the problem, She handed it back to me and said now it will work! Go figure! Also in attempting to contact the property, I was informed that I was a no-show. I could on! Can i get a refund? The mgrs blamed EVERYTHING ON EXPEDIA! They were not professional AT ALL!
