I would like to see the front desk employees in uniforms. Each day it looked like "random" people were working behind the desk. No name tags, hats, people just hanging out behind the the desk. Additionally, I wasn't sure where or when the restaurant was open for breakfast. It looked dark and looked like it wasn't open. The TV had poor service in my room, but the room was clean.

I stayed at Radisson in Freehold NJ two nights ago. Property manager may want to visit this facility to see what a proper hotel should look like. The Hauppauge facility is broken down, old and the rooms in very poor condition. We even had to request a change in rooms due to half a dozen burn holes in the rug which were about the size of a quarter. Right in the middle 0f the room. Seriously.

Im sure 50 years ago this place was something great....but now...not at all. I did not heed the warnings given in the majority of the reviews I read. Please don't make the same mistake. Upon arrival I noticed how dark it was inside. Reminded of a 1920's lounge. It was dark confusing...after taking the one and only elevator up to our floor, we then walked 8 blocks to our room...it was ridiculous. Got into our room only to find out the tv didn't work and neither did the thermostat. I went down to the desk to let them know. He sent up 2 "maintenance" guys who "fixed" the tv and air...of which neither ended up working right anyways. It wasn't their fault, i get that.they even told us most of the tvs were this way, so even if we changed rooms, we'd more then likely have the same issues. There was also no microwave to heat up the food we had. Another concern was that anyone could come in through the back entrance.. both doors were never properly shut and there was no lock that you had to swipe your keycard to get in...literally anyone could've come in, and even go into the pool area of which was not properly secured!!! Nothing to worry about there! So if you still decide to go, keep an eye on your kids! As crappy as the Clarion is, which isn't far away, i can say at least they have a working tv and microwave and doors that lock... never thought id give them a shout out...but there you go!!!

The property is out dated. We could not watch live tv. Our room did not get cleaned by room service. Customer service was poor. The towels are thin and scratchy. The furniture was dusty. The building on the outside was not repaired and outdated. Parking lot was always difficult. I will never stay here ever again.

Other than my card being charged after I done paid and paid a deposit which I’m waiting to get back. The room was good wish it had a microwave, the bathtub was leaky but for the time I needed it for after my surgery it was convenient.

My key stopped working , i went to the desk twice in a row. The desk person came back up with me the 3rd time to “make sure i was at the correct room & doing it right” only to find out that i was correct. Then he told me to stay there and he went back downstairs and came back up with no avail . Then he ended up calling maintenance and they handled it . Building outside needs work for sure . The front doors don’t close and there’s only one door that opens in the front to get out. This place needs help.

Recommended , it was clean and the staff were nice, it's just the check in time and check out. Usual check in time was 3:pm , i checked in at 6 pm but still had to check out at 12. I was told $25 for 1 hour etc, $75 for 2 hours and $100 for 3 hours, other than that they were nice

There was NO HOT WATER to shower. Pot smoking up and down the several halways I had to walk to my room. There was no cover pad on the ironing board. The hair dryer was dirty. Mold or serious staining in the toilet. The heat could not be controlled. The tv reception was horrible and the picture was larger than the tv screen. No ice in the ice machine. I will never stay here again. And I will be looking for a refund. I checked out at 6:99am just to get out since people were yelling at 1 am 3:38am 4:02am I was wondering if this has turned into a residence hotel? Shame on you Radisson. You use to be a lovely hotel

Rooms were obviously not checked during last house cleaning. Personal items left by previous customer(box of dildos). Cold water showers, white tape covering holes in tub. Don’t call the front desk because no one will answer. Outside of hotel was awful, branches and garbage everywhere.
