I rent my main house during my holidays from July 24 to August 15, 2027 (dates that can be adapted to your needs) for periods of one week.
Located in Hauteville les Dijon, in a quiet and relaxing Burgundy village 10 minutes from Dijon city center and 40 minutes from Beaune, Vosne-Romanée and other great Burgundy wine estates.
Air-conditioned house of 170m² on a plot of 800m² with 8X4 heated swimming pool and secured by an electric shutter. Not overlooked, parking for 2 cars
- on the first floor: large air-conditioned living/dining room and new fully equipped open kitchen. A laundry room with washing machine and freezer. A master suite with double bed (180x200) with dressing room and a shower room
- upstairs: 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a large double bed (160x200), 1 other air-conditioned bedroom with 1 large double bed (160x200) and 1 child's bed (possibility of adding 1 baby cot with bars), a mezzanine with table football, television and games area, a large bathroom.
- outside: large terrace with dining area, garden furniture and gas/plancha barbecue. Pool area with deckchairs

Non-smoking house inside.
I can provide baby accessories (high chair, stair gate, cot, ...). A rental contract to be signed and returned to us. A deposit of €1,000 will be requested during the inventory of fixtures at the entrance
