The cottage features private parking (in front of the cottage) and a garage (for one car). On the first floor, you’ll find: - An entryway opening onto a large, bright living area with a dining room and lounge, leading out to the terrace with a panoramic view of the valley and the vineyards. - A fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. - A double bedroom (160-cm bed) with a private bathroom - A double bedroom (160-cm bed) with a view of the vineyards - A bathroom - A separate toilet - An office with a sofa bed for two On the first floor, you’ll find: - A reading area on the landing - 2 double bedrooms (160-cm beds) - A bathroom with a toilet In the basement, you’ll find a gym (opening onto the garage) with direct access to the vineyards and a space to relax (benches with a small table). For your convenience, the rental price includes sheets, towels, and utilities. A mandatory cleaning fee of 50€ applies.
