Great location if you want to be in a smaller secluded town. Amazing sunrise every morning, with nice ocean views right in front of the place. The host was super accommodating, they would bring us everything that we had asked for, detergent, beach chairs, etc, and communication was great!
If I could give the place a 4.5 I would, the only drawbacks were the “beach” was a smaller rocky spot with about 3 feet of water, so you couldn’t really swim in it. I’m sure it would be a great snorkel spot, however, we just never tried it. The tide would rise in the afternoon making it very rough waters as well. It wasn’t a huge issue for us, and there is a swimmable beach within walking distance, but the pictures makes it seem as though you have a personal beach that you can walk right into from the backyard.
There is also no kitchen and only had one small hot plate, so if you’re looking to cook food this isn’t the place.
It does get very hot in the place if you don’t have windows and the sliding door open, just something to be aware of.
We stayed here for 3 nights which was perfect, I honestly can’t see anyone staying longer than that just because it is such a secluded spot, far from major attractions, and has no kitchen.
Overall fun spot for a couple of nights with some drawbacks!
