GLOEDNIEUWE CONSTRUCTIE klaar in september 2018!

Geen kosten werden gespaard in dit prachtige 1800 vierkante voet afgesloten en prive-woning. Slechts 40 stappen naar het beste zandstrand van Maui (ideaal voor zwemmen in de familie en zeer kindvriendelijk), dit huis heeft letterlijk iets voor alle leeftijden.

Bij binnenkomst van de voordeur voelt u meteen de gezellige strandvibe in de keuken van de chef-kok met kwarts aanrecht en de aangrenzende woonkamer. Zoek 4 slaapkamers in de buurt, waaronder 2 grote slaapkamers en 2 slaapkamers, waarvan er een ook een stapelbed heeft (ideaal voor kinderen). Omdat alles vanaf september 2018 nieuw is, kunt u als eerste genieten van bladen met een draaddichtheid van 1000, centrale airconditioning, snelle wifi, nieuw linnengoed, op maat gemaakt meubilair en een groot zwembad met "loungeback", perfect om te zonnebaden en veilig voor kinderen om te genieten van ondiepe wateren.

Verlaat de poort en loop slechts 40 stappen naar het beste zandstrand van Maui, dat beschermd is tegen een baai. Zelden is er een dag dat er geen schildpadden worden waargenomen. Dit strand werd verkozen tot het beste strand van Hawaï!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property near Napili beach. We had 6 adults and 5 kids (9-13) staying in the house and it was a perfect fit for us. The set up allowed each couple/family to have their own bedroom and bathroom with the kids sharing the bunk room with a provided floor pull out. We were happy to have access to a washer and dryer to wash towels and clothes throughout the week. The kitchen was also well stocked. The beach was just a short walk away and we loved that beach chairs were available for use. Kids and adults alike enjoyed both snorkeling and boogie boarding in the bay. We had particularly large waves for a portion of the time that we were there and it was easy to send the 9 year olds back to the house to swim in the pool with the grandparents watching while the older kids and other adults continued to enjoy the beach and big waves. The pool and slide got plenty of use morning and night as well. We personally felt secure and safe with the gated entry to the residence, and never had to worry about our belongings and rental cars. Myra the property manager was wonderful to work with and very communicative throughout the process. We would definitely recommend staying here to others in the future. Thank you for a wonderful, worry free stay.

The house was perfect for our family of eight (including a two year old). Everyone loved the pool, privacy and beautifully landscaped grounds. Being literally three minutes from the beach was such a plus. We walked down every morning and evening for the sunrises/sunsets. I highly recommend this property ! It made our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed Maui!

This house was the perfect spot for our Maui Family Vacation. There were 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids ages 6 years to 12 years) celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The kids loved the pool and the fenced yard provided a private oasis for sitting outside on the lanai. To accommodate all the kids one grandchild slept on a mattress on the floor in the bunk room, but they loved being all together on one room. Napili beach was just a three-minute walk from the house and great for sitting on the sand, snorkeling, and low-wave splashing for the kids. And we all walked down to the beach every evening to watch the sunset. Several other great beaches were just a short drive away when we wanted bigger waves for boogie boarding and other snorkeling spots. The property managers were great. They checked in via text to get our arrival time and someone met us at the house to welcome us and give us a tour of the home's amenities. Then they sent a couple texts during our stay to check-in and make sure our vacation was going smoothly. I would give this property 5 stars in every category (5+ for the location) and will definitely consider staying here again if we plan another Maui vacation.

Location was perfect. House was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Only downside was a noisy pool pump that came on at 5:00am and didn't shut off until 7:00pm. For the person sleeping in the bedroom on the east side of house the pool pump coming on acted as an alarm clock at 5am.

House was absolutely as promised! Clean, beautifully maintained and it had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be full length mirrors in all of bedrooms. We will definitely be back!

This place is absolutely amazing. Once you open the gate, you get to see your own private oasis. A large enough pool to splash and swim in. The landscape is immaculate and well kept. Continue pass the pool and you will get to enter the house through very large sliding glass doors. The living room and kitchen is very open and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware so that you can enjoy home cooked meals. There is even a grill that we used to fire up some steaks. The place is very clean and super modern with tons of natural wood elements. The bedrooms were also very well kept and well furnished. Plenty of space to place your belongings in and be at home. The beds were very comfortable. Had the best sleep there while on vacation. Bathrooms were well lit. I wish there was a better mat to keep the floor dry. Also wish for more hooks to hang up towels to dry and for clothes to dry as well. The place is close to the beach. I didn't count the steps to verify, but loved the fact that I didn't have to fight for parking to get to a beach. Really awesome feeling to just walk down to the beach with the supplied beach chairs, enjoy snorkeling in the Napili Bay, come back to the house rinse off without a lot of fuss. Overall, the family really enjoyed the house and the pool. It was a big enough place for 7 adults and 2 kids to stretch out and just relax. Thank you for letting us stay there!

This was an amazing home to rent. First of all we arrived in Hawaii at 10:30pm and did not get to the property until after midnight. Because of out late arrival we were sent videos to walk us through the house. They showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The house was very clean and comfortable to sleep. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The pool right outside was great. The kids were in there every night even at spending all day at the beach. The beach was a very short walk from the house. There is a grocery store just up the road which was very convenient. Everything about this rental made our first ever family vacation even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

We absolutely loved the property. It has everything that we needed and some more. The location couldn’t have been better. The bay at the end of the street is great for snorkeling and taking pictures specially at sunset. Everything in this house is well planned and ready to be enjoyed. The property manager Myra was awesome and she stayed well communicated with us all the time. Beautiful property!

This property was perfect for our weeks stay on the valley isle of Maui. The bed rooms were perfect size for our family of 8 (3 children and 5 adults) and the pool was absolutely wonderful. Kitchen is well stocked with all the dinnerware, appliances, and plenty of cupboard space for preparing food. The house is well positioned within walking distance of the beaches and hiking trails. Lastly the property managers Myra and Mike were fantastic, being there when we arrived and providing a walk through of the house explaining all the ins and outs of how things worked. Nice property, in an excellent location. Pool is small, but perfect for families with children. Napili Bay is crowded for swimming, and the waves can be a bit rough for young kids, but still very lovely. Nearby Honokeana Cove is rocky but great for snorkeling, with lots of turtles. Nearby Napili plaza has a nice market and some excellent restaurants.

My family of 8 had a wonderful stay in Napoli. The location of the home is fantastic and there were enough rooms for us to have our own space. While the interior living area is small the outdoor space is fantastic! The only issue we had was we did not get entry information until we reached out the day of arrival which was a little stressful. Also the smoke alarm went off in our kids room in the middle of the night for no reason. Other than that it was a great vacation!
