Magnolia Pines is een prachtige industriële boerderijwoning gelegen in de gated community van Holly Lake Ranch. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om 6 tot 16 te slapen in comfortabele bedden. Ons hoofdhuis is een 2 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers voor 6 personen ($ 200 / nacht). Het bunkhouse is een apart garage-appartement dat een 3 slaapkamer / 1 is. 5 bad dat 10 slaapt (een toevoeging van $ 125 / nacht die in rekening wordt gebracht nadat u boekt). Voor uw gemak kunt u het hoofdgebouw of beide structuren huren. Omdat het bunkhouse geen keuken heeft, verhuren we het niet alleen. Wij bieden kortingen voor een langer verblijf, vraag het maar!

Je kunt lekker lang knuffelen en het hele weekend binnenblijven of de pijnboombossen van Oost-Texas verkennen en genieten van de vele gemeenschappelijke voorzieningen die Holly Lake Ranch te bieden heeft. Ons huis is gunstig gelegen op slechts een steenworp afstand van waterfietsen, vissen, zwembad, tennis, augurk bal, speeltuin, wandelpad, frisbee golf, putt putt golf en een klein zandstrand om te spelen in het meer. De 18-holes golfbaan, restaurant, zandvolleybal, hoefijzers, basketbal, 2e zwembad, speelhal en een groter meer liggen op minder dan 5 minuten rijden van de Ranch. We hebben apparatuur die u kunt gebruiken terwijl u bij ons thuis bent en wat we niet hebben, kunt u gratis bij de Ranch uitchecken. Alle voorzieningen zijn inbegrepen in uw verblijf, behalve waterfietsen en de 18 holesgolf.

Ons hoofdhuis heeft de woonkamer met een tv, een volledig ingerichte keuken, een koning slaapkamer met ligbad, en een aparte slaapkamer met 2 koninginnen en een complete badkamer. De Bunkhouse heeft een woonkamer met tv, koningin slaapkamer en een complete badkamer beneden. De bovenverdieping van het Bunkhouse heeft een slaapkamer met een kingsize bed, een stapelbed kamer met zes aparte bedden en een half bad. Alle lijnen en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Naast comfortabele meubels, ons huis biedt twee buiten eethoeken, vuurplaats met stoelen, overdekte achterporch, en een omheinde achtertuin met hoge bomen en ruimte om te schoppen of een bal rond te gooien! Er is Wi-fi en een wasmachine / droger voor uw gebruik tijdens uw verblijf.

The living/kitchen area was perfect for our family get-together, and the porches and patio were a nice addition as well. Beds were comfortable, but stairs to two bedrooms were difficult for some family members to navigate. It would have been good to know in advance about security gate protocol.

Great Property

With three families (seven kids), having the bunkhouse was great! The house is conveniently located to the neighborhood amenities (pool, pickleball, tennis, mini golf, etc.). The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed our stay!

Needs Work/Updated Description

While the house was spacious and the bag patio was a big hit it needs some maintence asap. The biggest thing was that the bunkhouse was upstairs which had we known we would have booked elsewhere due to the small children. We had three out of the four kids fall down the stairs and one of them has mobility issues and he fell three times due to how absolutely steep and tall each stair was. Even the adults were unsteady. There was no working child gate to close off the bunk beds from the stairs. The wood on the stairs is splitting from the minuscule nails that are holding it together. There was also no way to use the grill or black stone as they were incredibly rusted and dirty but there was also nothing to clean them with. We also had to request to have dish soap delivered to be able to wash the dishes. The hot water heater on the bunkhouse is tiny and sucked nor is it up to code on the way it is installed outside the house. Lastly there is some kind of black/dark mold growing out of the shiplap on the ceilings in the main living room and of course the biggest thing of all. There was not a single smoke detector working in the house. Two were chirping when we got there and the rest (all of the ones in the main house) were uninstalled completely. Beautiful community and nice access to some of the amenities, would book with a different property tho.

Family get-away

Our family of 11 had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our accomodations. Cooking, board games and puzzles at home...tennis courts, pickleball courts, badminton, playground, rustic putt-putt, and the nice, big pool each day. Favorites were the great bunk rooms with toys & books and the big webbed swing in the front yard! Nice, big countertop for puzzling from both sides. We saw deer every early evening! A great stay!!!

A spring break to be remembered

What a great place to enjoy spring break with our family! Beautiful house, great screened in porch, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the many places to sit in front and back porch. Lots of fun things to do just at the house. (Although there weren't any ping pong balls for the ping pong table) grill was great! Right sink in master bathroom drained slow. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Dunn Family Christmas

The magnolia house was perfect for our family christmas weekend!!! We also rented the bunkhouse so 3 familys grandparents fit perfectly on this property! The gated community was no trouble at all and honestly a plus. It was quiet and quaint and we even got a sweet surprise with a golf cart christmas parade and a visit from santa! All at the park located near the property where we also enjoyed a playground, pickleball and tennis, a fabulous walking circle ans many other amenities. Everything was beyond perfect. 100% recommend

Summary of our stay

We really enjoyed our time at Magnolia Pines. We had ample room for everyone and really enjoyed our time together and would definitely consider staying again. A few notes for the owners; just in case: * There were only 2 dish clothes which is not enough to clean dishes with 14 people and 3 home made meals per day. We purchased some and left them for the next visitors * Only two rolls of paper towel which we went through quickly since there was only two dish towels. We had to purchase more. * Ran out of toilet paper, we had to purchase more * The owners may want to have someone look at their roof. There are several water stains on the ceiling of the main house. * No hot water after the first day in the bunk house. We exchanged the propane takes and followed the directions to click the plug button, but that did not work. * The door to the garage was open when we arrived so we did not need to add the code. Overall, an amazing stay and simply mentioned the issues above as I would want to know this if I owned the home. Thanks! Heather

Eclipse Vacation

Family from Florida and Colorado met at this lovely vacation home for the chance to see the totality of the 2024 eclipse and it was well worth the trip. The host could not have been nicer or more responsive and the home was welcoming, relaxing and had everything we needed for our stay! We enjoyed then pool and there were plenty of other fun things to do at this private, secure community. If we plan another vacation in Texas, we will certainly stay here again. And the eclipse was amazing!

We loved staying at Magnolia Pines! The street was quiet and we could easily walk to the lake for lots of fun activities. The kids had a blast playing in the house driveway and yard together and the available games inside continued the joy. The house worked well and the kitchen was well stocked. Lovely Getaway

This is our second year staying at Magnoila Pines. It’s a beautiful property with excellent and responsive management. The minor issues that we did have were promptly taken care of. Highly recommend for families with kids!
