GreenStone Getaway has 6 bedrooms and 5 full baths with a total of 13 beds. The house comes equipped with 7 WiFi connected Smart LED TVs - inclusive of a YouTube TV account for Sports, Movies, Shows & more. Guests have full use of the washer and dryer, Weber Grill (which is connected to our onsite propane tank --never run out!), Viking Gas Stove, blazing fast 250mgbs WiFi, 3 full size refrigerators, & 2 wet bars! With our WiFi mesh network, guests can work/stream wirelessly and seamlessly anywhere in the house or out on the deck that provides 1,500+ square feet of elevated outdoor space.



HIGH-END AMENITIES

High end amenities to enhance your stay include 8 SONOS speakers (indoor and outdoor), an 8-foot slate pool table, poker table, 2 enormous 85-inch 4K TVs, Keurig & Drip Coffee maker, Viking Gas Stove, and a tankless hot water heater to provide unlimited hot water for all your guests. The house is surrounded by 2+ acres of serene woods, while only minutes from restaurants, bars, and the lake.



Our large driveway provides ample parking space for up to 10 cars.



ULTIMATE COMFORT

GreenStone Getaway has central A/C and central Heat with 5 separate temperature zones, for individual comfort throughout the house. The house has brand new microfiber linens, new towels, and new mattresses! Never run out of hot water with our tankless hot water system. We are fastidiously clean and neat and so is the house.



HOT TUB

The Getaway is equipped with an enormous, 8’ x 8’, 7-person 120-jet hot tub. The hot tub has a waterfall, LED lighting system, and Bluetooth speakers. The hot tub is drained and refilled every week to ensure a sanitary condition for all of our guests.



GAME ROOM

Spend the afternoon in our 1,000 square foot game room – which includes a full-size fridge, wet bar, 8 foot slate pool table, 6+ person poker table, couches, SONOS surround sound, bar seating, and an 85” 4K TV.



MOVIE THEATER

At night, unwind and watch your favorite flicks in the movie theater that is equipped with an 85” 4K Smart LED TV, SONOS surround sound, full-size fridge, wet bar, 4 couches, and custom LED-backlit movie posters!



ALL INCLUSIVE - LINENS

We provide sheets, pillows, towels, and soap/shampoo/conditioner at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with Keurig pods, coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings.



Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far in the woods. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.



Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Please note the rental of this home does not provide you access to Tink Wig Lake or the Tink Wig development/roads

No more than 10 cars allowed, NO RVs

Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 16 guests and 28 total day guests.





We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.

We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.
