'We stayed in a newly renovated room and the front desk attendant explained that the contractor was going back through some of the rooms to catch anything unfinished. The restaurant in the hotel was convenient and has reasonable prices. This hotel is conveniently located to the Offut Air Force Base and has direct access to a nice bike path that we used during our three night stay. This hotel provided the best stay for the money on our eight nights of travel.'

'There was only a kiosk for check-in. We were told to sit down until they were ready. We had pre-paid, all we needed was a key card. It took 15+ minutes & it was difficult to understand. '

'Upon arriving around 4:45pm, they were still actively cleaning the rooms we were assigned(requested adjourning rooms). We waited roughly 30 minutes before we could get into our rooms. Once in the rooms, the floors weren’t swept the best and sheets smelled cleaned, but had some stains and there was a dark, coarse hair on one bed. I called and talked to the front desk and they sent the cleaning ladies up and they promptly got new sheets for the beds. The pool was okay. Breakfast the next morning...

'Charged me a$30 deposit which I never got back,charged me an additional $50 damage fee for the sheets getting dirty from an accident.Staff threatened to call the police on me.Will not stay here again $238 for a crappy hotel is ridiculous'

'We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. The disposal was broken and leaked water all over the floor so we could not use the kitchen sink or wash dishes. The full sized...

'Ac worked and pool was open. Run down location and must have bed bugs or something I was bitten all over my shoulders and back on the last day in the room. Everyday they turned over the room with fresh sheets and towels which was a plus. Only stayed for the Omaha zoo so was never in room during day only to sleep. Bonus was all the very close restaurants and Walmart. 6 min drive to zoo. And was affordable!! '
