'There was an issue with payments going through as we used a third party. A lot of undue stress, having to sort it out for both stays when the emails were asking for payment again. Maintenance was needed to refit the handrail twice.

'Accomodation was perfect for us as we were travelling with our small dog. Excellent selection of coffee and teas in the room.
Staff were all really helpful and friendly. We had our evening meal in the hotel, whih was excellent, as was our breakfast the following morning.

We hadden via hotels.com duidelijk aangegeven dat we 2 pubers van 15 en 16 hadden, maar daar was in het hotel duidelijk niets van bekend.We zijn er 2 nachten geweest. De eerste avond veel geluidsoverlast want er was een bruiloft in het hotel. Ontbijt was goed maar er moest extra betaald worden voor de kinderen. Voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar, ondaks het vriendelijke personeel.'
'Booked a room the night before my graduation. The hotel was one of the cheaper ones in the area but exceeded expectations. Modern interior, nice bar and cosy but spacious rooms. We had a slight issue with cleanliness in our room, but the manager couldn’t do enough to apologise and rectify this for us. Would stay again if in the area.'

'The staff were fabulous. We were put in a assisted access room. Which we did not request. Lamps did not work. Our aircon did not work unfortunately and so i had to request a fan at 3am as too hot to sleep.
The maintenace team came to the room the morning after and could not fix the problem so we were moved to another room.
The aircon in the new room worked, yet the tv did not. Again we had maintenance take a look and it was not fixed.
At least we slept that evening.
