'We had to wait 10 minutes to check in because 3 teenage girls, two in bikinis, were soliciting in the check in area. Not sure if they were attempting to book a room or just what, but they did not appear to be adults. Upon opening the room, we were overwhelmed with the smell of dog feces and pee. The shower curtain smelled awful too and made the bathroom stink as well. We left the hotel and purchased room deodorizer to tolerate the smell. Clearly the carpet needs shampooing and the shower...

'Overall this is a great place to stay in Duluth. My biggest and honestly only issue was how noisy it was. Not sure what's with the plumbing but when any one did any bathroom things in the near by rooms it was so loud. And I brought ear plugs. If I stayed again I would request being far from any other occupied rooms. '
