'Cleanliness was fair. Staff was nice. Breakfast was lacking. AC was cold and comfortable for 90* days. Shower water pressure was poor and the faucet made a horrible screeching sound while running. Overall, it was a convenient location for our trip to visit family and was affordable. Not great but not awful.'

'During our stay, sections were closed off due to construction. Booked the hotel for the children to use the pool, pool was closed. Could not find a different hotel to stay at. No offer for adjustment of cost due to the conditions'

'Front desk attendant Grace was amazing from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to help us and even brought extra sheets, etc to our room herself. She answered all questions and was extremely nice, polite and professional. Our king suite was very roomy and clean. The only thing we would have appreciated is a chair. There is more than enough room. Breakfast was good and kids loved the you make waffles with whipped cream and sprinkles!'
