1st room was used and not clean, door was ajar. 2nd room still had some trash in the bathroom and nasty matching stains on bedding all the way to the mattress pad....felt it was not clean nor a safe place to stay. Staff was accommodating and tried to make it right, but the condition of the facility was substandard. We left and drove on without staying the night.

Rooms were still under some repair, lights in ceiling didn’t work, mold on ceiling above shower, blankets were thin but heater was loud, cleaning lady kicked us out at 1030 even though check out was at 11, check in staff was kind though

I wish there was a no star option.. It was absolutely disgusting. No hot water, rooms had bugs, blood stained bed covers. Nope. The pictures make it look okay but the facility itself not great. It’s cheap.. but I wouldn’t stay there. We asked for a refund they “tried” and now I’m still fighting with my card company to get the money back.

Trying to call but on hold forever. This trip was horrible!!! I did get back 2 nights refunded, only stayed 1 and wish I could have left at 2am but was unable because I was exhausted, from sleeping on a king mattress with sheets for a full size mattress, bugs in bathroom area,who knows if they were all over the 50 year old carpet. This place is so rundown I can't believe you have it on your site. I feel bad for the owner, but would never recommend this property. Took 30 minutes to check in... had to call a # and wait for someone. Towels were so used over and over.   Required fees/ta

Front desk was friendly and accommodating. The first room assigned had an issue with the door, it would completely close so he kindly and efficiently reassigned me to another room. However upon check out the office was locked with a note on the door that said "sold out". I wasn't able to completely check out so I left the key card in the mailbox outside. Hopefully that was enough

No hand towels, heater noisy and would not shut off. Floors dirty, towlet wasn't attached to the floor and it wobled, no towlet paper holder. Towels didn't smell fresh. Generally very poor quality accommodations.

Don’t stay here!!!. Thin sheets and no real covers, it was cold, heater didn’t work, no hot water in shower, no blow dryer and horrible service. Pay more and stay anywhere else in Heber City! It is the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

they have been renovating the room looks updated.. not completely but it was much nicer than I had expected. everything was clean, the shower was HOT. the bed was comfy!

Not worth the price at all. Walls are paper thin. Bedding was too. Used soap was left in the shower (evidence it wasn't cleaned after the last guest) hair dryer didn't work. No place to hang towels.

It was a nice small motel in a convenient spot for me. The employees are great though it is nearly impossible to get a hold of them via the listed online. Once you're there, the have a private number listed for the employee on call after hours which actually works. Only other issue was that my room hadn't been vacuumed for a minute (it was so dirty with sheetrock (I think they're trying to fix up the place), dirt and leaves tracked in, and even a dog bone on the floor left by someone previously). The beds were really comfortable and clean (and they have some super great pillows!)so the floor may have just been a fluke for lucky me.

Update first things first walked in to the room. They was slept in wendy's garbage in there very dirty. Went to the front desk to notify them. They moved me to a different room. I get into that room and there's no microwave as promised. I asked if they had a microwave. I could use and they pretty much told me deal with it. The room was extremely dirty. the light on the ceiling had no switch to turn it off. So you had to unscrew the bulb. To turn the light off. There was no outlet for the mini fridge where It was located. I moved the Mini fridge to the only available outlet. That wasn't beside the bed. And unfortunately that outlet was controlled by a switch. So the refrigerator got turned off when I hit the switch by accident. Perioverall I would only stay here if you have absolutely no other option. I would honestly check out the local homeless shelter before I went to that hotel again.

I have nothing good to say about this motel. I should have known not to stay there when I walked into an office that was gutted and being "renovated." You don't keep your business open when the fixtures and everything are not intact. The man behind the counter was at least kind and polite, I'll give him that. When he told me that my room had extra beds in it that were being stored there, that was my second red flag. Then there was the literal pile of rubble right in front of the door to my room, the lack of toilet paper, beds that felt like wooden planks, toilet that rocked, guy lurking outside in the parking lot. Yes, I should have made the decision not to stay before even going into the room, but hopefully you can benefit from the $75 I threw away here. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

A total dump, the tv didnt work, the heater rattled so loud i couldn't sleep, the wifi didn't reach my room, light over the vanity didn't work. The tile and carpet trim in the walls was falling off. The parking lot was full of construction junk and to top it off there was no hot water.

Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The sheets were changed but that's about it. In don't think they've ever vacuumed, dusted, or wiped down anything. There is a lot of mold in the shower, stains all over the walls, floorboards falling off the wall, broken AC with mold in side, dirt and dead bugs all over, the floor is filthy. Do but stay here.

Cobwebs and black mold in the bathroom. Shower fixtures were covered in crusty white hard water. Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and it was disgusting. How there aren’t health code violations I don’t know!!!

You had to call to check in and check out when the employees were just in the other room. Invest in a bell for your door. The room was spacious but had random furniture, exposed pipes, a broken fan and air conditioner, and holes in the wall.

This was the worst room I have ever stayed in! Broken walls, dirty, broken window locks, bathroom had plastic over a hole in the shower with black mold growing inside, no ice machine, and totally horrible. Hotels.com only gave me $25 back for this horrible stay, even when I called them after I checked in! Really???

HEBER CITYINN-Registration office was locked at arrival. Finally clerk arrived-a very old, unkempt , barely walking man. Room was filthy: light bulbs missing in lamps, holes punched IN WALL,, TV NOT WORKing, TOILETS DID NOT FLUSH, FAUCET IN BATH TUB SEPARATING FROM WALL, SUPPOSED TO BE NON SMOKING, YET TENANTS SMOKING-BUTTS THROUGHOUT THIS WAS HORRIBLE. HAD TO LEAVE, but had to fight for refund. Pictures deceiving on line.

Would be better to get a sleeping bag and go to the park and sleep with the homeless people. Very rundown showers and sink in very poor condition looks like it has never been maintained since built. Holes in the Sheetrock walls.

The owners entered my room right after I left. The grouped in front of my door while one went through my room. I placed a brochure folded long wise like a tent and set it behind my door. It was against the wall. When I asked who went into my room...the dum dum game started. When I asked to see the video I was told the camera didnt work. They called the police on me for being upset. I was called a liar and surrounded by 4 staff members. When the police arrived they ran my ID and was clear. I showed the officer my evidence. So they ran the security footage that was available. I checked out and the said my refund was not available due to my orbits booking. Upon checking in...the local police called to inform me my they could not see who entered due to that only door not on video...but it did show the whole staff 2 feet in front of my door right after I left. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT STAY. A/C system was black with mold as well. ZERO STARS. I have hunted all over the USA and this place is the WORST by far of any place I have stayed. Go to the Holiday Inn Express. Dont stay at the ONLY bad thing in the Heber Valley Area. Im out over $300...lol 2 stars suuuure ORBITZ.
