Vind je ideale hotel in Heho

'Voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen: veel van de voorzieningen waren niet aanwezig zoals WiFi op de kamer, airco, tv, toiletartikelen (zelfs wc papier was er niet!), water,... Er werd ons eerst een kamer aangeboden tegen de receptie. In deze gang wordt overigens ook het ontbijt aangeboden. We vroegen een andere kamer verder van de receptie en kregen deze ook. Alleen was deze ook absoluut niet geluiddicht. Breng zeker oordopjes mee of vraag een kamer op een van de verdiepingen. Qua netheid...

'Arrived at the hotel and hotel staff mentioned that they do not have agreement with Expedia since 2019. I wonder why Expedia still list this hotel in the website. Fully paid for rooms and still awaiting reply on refund.'

'Hotel ligt bij de ingang van het dorp bij een brug waar alle (luidruchtige) boten naar het meer voorbij komen. Ook de kamers zijn erg gehorig. Eten goed maar onmogelijk om hier van te genieten op het terras omdat er zo veel vliegen zijn. Personeel is goedwillend maar geeft niet kloppende informatie. teleurstellend!'

'酒店環境很好，大堂員工很多大會英文，但有一個專人翻譯，房間很乾淨，由於這裡早晚溫差大，若有暖氣就更好，我們住的時候晚上很冷，沒有蚊咬。但夏天這裡會很多蚊，因很多花草，自助早餐有熱有冷不錯。晚上也上此晚餐也不錯，環境好食物也可以價錢唔貴。SPA則要改善，價錢不平但無暖氣，洗澡室只有一個，還有毛巾係濕，以這個價錢應要大大改善SPA的設施'

'엘리베이터는 없지만 높은층은 아니라서 불편하지는 않고, 여기 직원분들이 매우 친절해요. 보트투어는 인데인 포함해서 25,000짯에 호텔에서 했구요, 보트투어 기사님께 5,000짯 따로 드렸어요. 호텔방은 가격대비 깨끗하고 넓어서 굉장히 만족했고, 테라스가 있긴한데, 비둘기님들이 오셔서 문을절대 열지 않았어요 ㅋㅋ 조식도 귀엽고 맛있게 나왔어요. 일단 직원분들이 진짜 친절해서 그냥 다 좋아보임. 위치는 야시장 바로 앞이라 야시장가기 편했고, 시장있는데까지는 한 20분정도 걸어야해요.시장에 갈일이 없긴했는데, 그냥 구경도 하고 한국떡볶이 파는곳이 있어서 번화가로 나가봤는데 한국식당은 없어진 상태였고, 시장구경하고왔는데, 굳이 여길 갈 필요가없어요. 호텔 바로옆에 조그만가게 있어서 물이나 음료는 사먹고 근처에 식당도 좀있고, 보트투어하는 호수도 5분거리에 있어서 위치도 좋았습니다.'

'The overall experience was good and positive. The staff are happy and from a general stand point a positive one. The only issue I would point out is that I arranged for a day trip through the hotel to go to a very historic pagoda. The female staff member told the driver to go to a totally different location than I wanted. This happen once then I thought it would be corrected but she did it again and again I finally said enough and left. This was a small issue as I was able to find a substitute...

'We were granted an upgrade to the Provoost Suite upon arrival. That is a large, semi detached villa which is really beautiful and luxurious. Really enjoyed that. :-) The only minor remark is that the suite would be even nicer with a splash of colour. It was a little dull in regards to the colour choice. Some bright, colourful fabric and/or painting could do the trick. The pool seems a bit small in high season, I fear. Nevertheless a beautiful dark tiled pool with a nice view towards the lake. We...

'Prima hotel, alles mooi verzorgd, vriendelijk personeel. Lekker ontbijt, elke middag rondje fruit, ruime kamer met veranda op tuin. Zwembad aan de koude kant.'
