"A hotel of excellence.. from the chilled water, juice and treats waiting g for you in the lobby, to the quick, polite and efficient checking staff. Our stay was off to a perfect start. We arrived early and were given a room with no fuss. The lobby is large and has great sitting areas with inside and outside bar service. The room was spacious and well appointed. The drinking water supplied was a treat. The bed was so comfortable, and linen crisp and spotless. Our towels so soft. Being a step to the Rhine waterfront and walking distance to the city centre were a bonus. I would highly recommend a stay of a couple of days to really enjoy your time."

"Parfait, nous y retournerons sûrement. L'emplacement au bord du Rhin, le calme, la propreté, les chambre, la literie et le petit déjeuner varié. Le parking est spacieux, mais il est un peu cher. Nous recommandons cet hôtel."

"The location is very convenient to hop on the train right away and plenty of parking is available. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, and we were very happy with how clean the room was. My only fault with the hotel is they only had one high chair (kinderstoel) available at the breakfast, so one morning I had to try to eat breakfast while my daughter sat on my lap."

"Bij aankomst was enige assistentie bij het uitladen van de bagage wel welkom geweest. Inchecken verliep verder prima. Kamer was erg warm bij aankomst. Helaas bleek de airco op de kamer een koelsysteem dat maximaal 3 graden kan koelen. Dit systeem koelt de kamer niet optimaal waardoor de eerste nacht niet comfortabel was. Verder is het hotel voorzien van alle gemakken en het personeel is jong en vriendelijk. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en prima verzorgd."
