'Everything was just outstanding. I noticed that the hotel is mainly aimed at people who speak Polish, but it would be good to have more detailed information about the resort and services they provide in English. Of course more smiles and it will be great that at the arrival to introduce guests to the amenities and services that at their disposal. I also want to mentioned the Chef who is doing amazing work. Tami-yami food. Thanks for the week we spent with you.'

'You really should try the sauna sessions underneath in the caves!!! Beds could be softer though'

'Short stay for just one night but made to feel welcome and looked after well. Food was excellent. Location was great for the exhibition centre too.'

'prachtig hotel, vriendelijk onthaal, heel lekker gegeten 's avonds en 's morgens een heel uitgebreid ontbijt met lekkere verse broodjes. Een veilige parking tegen een schappelijk tarief. Kielce zelf is niet direct een toeristische bestemming, tenzij dan misschien voor de geschiedenisfanaten die de pogrom van Kielce (vlak na WO2) even ter plaatse willen ervaren.'

'Outlying a small town - rural. A bit of a jewel. Little English spoken but very patient staff. We had B&B plus had dinner in their restaurant. Room large, high ceilings, clean. Heat register set to max and room comfortable but not hot. Turning on heated towel rack in bathroom with door open added a second register. Overall comfortable.'
