We got there 12 minutes early and they wouldn’t let us check in the code to the door didn’t work. I called and there was an extremely rude person on the phone named Sherry. And said well it’s before 4 o’clock so fine. We waited the 12 minutes, but there was what we thought was ice cream but some kind of substance all over the front porch that was drawing flies. We finally get in the owner who comes because the air-conditioning isn’t working and he did a very good job and he was very responsive but having to call their call center was very, very difficult and the fact that you can’t let somebody check in 12 minutes early. It is a little ridiculous as far as the cleanliness it was OK it was like swept, but the floors weren’t mopped. I had a little dogs they kept finding a little bit bits of things on the floor so I had to sweep. There was no mop or I would have mopped the stove was not clean the trays underneath the burners had built-up grease on them so I had to clean the stove before I could use the stove. The cleaning people had the audacity to leave an envelope for a tip well, if I’m doing all your work, why would I tip you? Then I had to strip the bed why would I have to strip the bed? I did but I thought that was a little outrageous to ask a guest to do that you have to change the sheets anyway what’s a big deal as far as the owner goes in the air-conditioning issue that was handled very professionally and very promptly. I don’t know that I’d recommend this, but it was OK
