I was contacted from front desk that my card didn't go through. I said it did and it was already taken out of my bank account. She needed my card again and promised that she just needed it to have on file. That was concerning. Said something about the system missed something.
Later on that night, we were using the jetted jacuzzi and it worked for a few minutes then pushed the button again and it went for maybe 30 seconds, then not at all. About 7:30am, we went downstairs and told the lady at the front desk what happened and she said maintenance person will be in about 8am. I said we're leaving today. As we were still eating our breakfast, (which was good) she and maintenance man said it works fine. I said it didn't last night. She said i need to do this and sometimes that and some are on a timer... I said maybe a sign with instructions would help. She said they can't put one up and they never had a problem before... Hard for me to believe! I know how to push buttons, lol! Anyway, no adjustment on room cost. Just shrugged shoulders.
