Would never use Expedia to book room again. They sold a room that was not available. Hotel in poor shape. Indicated a pool which was an outdoor pool which clearly is not usable in March. Felt unsafe in the area as encountered many homeless and addicted people in lobby

Avoid this hotel
The tv in the room didn’t work. We moved to another room where the power shut off the whole night and we didn’t have working tv and fridge. The came back in the morning but the food was already spoiled. We also didn’t have wifi connection. The maintenance staff accused us of doing something wrong.

I understand this property is in a state of renovations. From what I saw when I first drove in an improvement has been made from when it was a Motel 6. The grounds in general are cleaner but not as clean as they could be. The biggest issue is the large grass area that is being used as a place to exercise dogs. People are not cleaning up after their dog. Perhaps poop bags and a garbage container would help in this area. People are also using it as a dumping ground. As the rooms are being renovated, consider should be given to a complete renovation as opposed to bits and pieces of it. Socket covers and the shower in my room needed to be replaced. The floors also needed to be cleaned. With the new flooring that was in the room a sweep and mop would have taken care of the dirt that was on the floor. Staff was courteous. I will mention that the staff, at check in, did not ask if house keeping would be required or if I would be OK without it. I look forward to seeing the facility once all the renovations have been completed.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It smelled horrible and the AC unit looked like it had never been cleaned and There was no shower pressure. Will not be staying there again.

The room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The sheets were dirty, there was garbage all over, food in the fridge, no clean towels, and the toilet was disgusting. The window has "nails" and a piece of wood to keep it from opening too far. The a/c unit did not produce cool air (unfortunate on this hot summer evening). Additionally, the tv continuously froze for 10-30 seconds at a time. There were drug deals in the parking lot, and we watched other guests smoke a crack pipe in their vehicle. The garbage outside was out of control--litter everywhere, overflowing trash cans, cigarette butts, etc. NOT worth any money you might think you're saving.

A long term resident motel
Room reeks of stale cigarette smoke, to the point my throat became sore. (I had asked for non smoking). Burn holes in both of the comforters and a bunch of blue stains on one. Front door had been kicked in and was extremely loose in the door jam. Walls were filthy in the bathroom, flies everywhere. We kept killing them but then more would show up. Open hole where there should be an additional switch on the bathroom light switch. Sign out front with the rate was lower than what I paid. It was clear that this was a motel that is mostly used for long term visitors/working visitors vs short term/vacation. Door that connects to other room was missing part of the latch. The only positive I can say, was that the actual bed sheets were clean and we never really heard anyone else.

I should have been paid to stay here for a night. Room smelled like BO and pee. Our door seemed like someone had tried bust through it. Don’t trust reviews that say it’s “updated”, all they did was put a nice shower in. The only thing I can’t complain about is their staff.

I have slept in fox holes that are better than this dump. Some people that are down on their luck are forced to live there. Don't know if it is a part time homeless shelter but felt sorry for those forced to live there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE!!!!!
