"As a frequent business traveler, I thought I had seen it all, but this stay surpassed every negative experience I’ve had. Not only was I placed in a room designed for disabled guests without any prior notice, but the internet also did not work throughout my stay, with no communication whatsoever from the staff. As a result, I was unable to complete my work commitments. Given the inconvenience, I asked the staff for a small gesture of understanding by allowing me to check out at 12 p.m. instead of 11 a.m., but this request was refused. The complete lack of service, communication, and understanding of what hospitality truly means is absolutely scandalous."
