Good location, however ...
Nice hotel, centrally located, good breakfast and at walking distance from the central station and the main shopping area. They only negative is that my niece specifically requested 'a quiet room' and then she got one exactly above a local 'nightclub', so for 2 nights she had difficulty sleeping.

Staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was awesomely good. The thermostat in the room did not work, and one cannot open the window. No blackout curtains. Shower door permitted water to seep all over the floor of the bathroom.

A very good hotel in a desirable neighborhood. The breakfast is outstanding. My only complaint was that the thermostat in my room was not working. I complained twice, but nothing was done about it. Since the windows in my room could not be opened, it was too hot during the day.

Horrible structure. There is a gap in a door to toilet, I could hear the other person’s toilet sound. The wall of the hallway looks damaged and the room was not so clean. But the location is convenient, so for that the hotel is okay.

It’s the horrible nightmare in Helsinki. I have travelled to Helsinki more than 10 times. But I haven’ seen/experinced any worst hotel like this. It’s a cage-like, such a smallest room. It’s really hard to open your travel bag in such a tiny & smallest nutshell. There was no drinking water nor electric kettle (no instant coffee nor tea bag at all, literally nothing exists) at room. I asked the front desk if I can borrow the kettle but it’s impossible/unavailable. The front desk staff asked me to drink the tap water. When I booked this hotel in Expedia, there was no such a notice or warning (no water, no electric kettle, literally nothing in such a smallest cage-like room.) This hotel has cheated the international/local customers on purpose. This hotel should be shamed on, which ruined/broke down my good memories and impressions of Helsinki.

Walkable from central train station. Efficient and kind staff. Good food. Great bathroom with underfloor heating. Room cosy. Alcohol prices not too bad. Local cafes, supermarket and games cafe close by. I would definitely come again.

Är helnöjd med min vistelse. Vid incheckning gav de bekräftelse på mitt önskemål om luktfria produkter i mitt rum pga allergi. Frukostbuffén var bra. Rummet fräscht, tyst runt omkring. Det fanns fön, vattenkokare, strykjärn och strykbräda, morgontofflor, fåtölj med fotpall, skrivbord med stol, safety box. Wi-Fi fungerade ok. Det enda jag saknade var kylskåp. Läget var ok. Det låg supermarkets och restauranger nära, tog ca 10 min att gå till Kampen eller till Centralstationen, ca 20 min att gå till Helsingfors katedral med torget som ligger där. Åker jag tillbaka till Helsingfors skulle jag gärna bo här igen.

Wir haben die zentrale Lage des Hotels genossen. Es liegt perfekt, wenn man Helsinki erkunden möchte. Ca. 20 Minuten fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Auch das Angebot für Vegetarier/Veganer war wirklich ausgezeichnet und von hoher Qualität. Die Mitarbeiter:innen an der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren immer sehr freundlich und haben gerne Auskunft gegeben. Herzlichen Dank!

We went to Tallinn one day before our booking and they allowed us to store some of our luggages in the hotel, that was very nice of them. When we were back from the West Terminal, it was a good location for us to go back to the hotel in 15 mins in a cold night. I enjoyed the gym early in the morning, the hotel is kind of a maze but I just love the design. The breakfast was rarely opening from 8-12, it was fascinating for the late birds.

Mielenkiintoinen elämys
Viikonloppu, 2 vrk, yöpyminen hieman syrjässä keskustasta osoittautui hotellivalinnan osalta hyväksi. Hotelli oli rauhallinen, siisti ja siellä oli hyvä palvelu. Lisäpisteitä tuli viikonlopun aamupala-ajoista. Aamupala oli tarjolla klo 08-12 eli ei mitään hoppua aamupalalle. Jos jotain pientä huomautettavaa, niin wc-pöntön sijoituksen oli suunnitellut 1,5 metriä ja 40 kg painava insinööri.

Hei, yöpyminen sujui muuten mukavasti, paitsi että käytävän äänet kuuluivat tosi kovaa huoneeseen. Olisin kovasti kaivannut jotain suolaista myytävää respan yhteydessä ja esim limu/vichy pulloja. Kun on aiemmin illalla jo syönyt niin kova suolaisen nälkä oli hotellille saapuessa. Respassa ei ollut yhtään mitään pientä suolaista ostettavaa. Aamiainen oli onneksi erinomainen ja runsas.

The Hotel was quite lovely. Definitely was able to relax after a day of sightseeing. Plus the hotel breakfast was spot on!
