Minä rakastan Helsinkia
Het ontvangst was erg hartelijk en we woelden ons meteen welkom. De kamer was zeer netjes en had alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn. Ik zou absoluut nog een keer voor dit hotel kiezen.

One of the best hotels ever. Their breakfast was out of the world and hotel staff was simply outstanding. My flight out reqd me to checkout at 5 am and the front desk had green smoothie and other “to go” items ready as I would not be able to have formal breakfast that starts at 7 am! That level of service is so rare these days.

通りに面したサウナ付きの部屋にしました。窓が広く部屋の面積以上に広々とした部屋で、明るくて心地よい部屋でした。サウナはコンパクトにまとまっていて使いやすかったです。浴槽は1人で入ると溺れそうなくらいに広くてゆったりできました。もっと毎日何回もサウナとお風呂に入りたいくらい快適でした！ 朝食も夕食もとても美味しかったです。日本人なので朝食にスープメニューがあるとなおよかったと思いました。 6番トラムの駅がすぐ近くにあり、中心街にも行きやすく利便性も良かったです。 とにかく全般的にお勧めです！

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It has a very relaxed, laid back, warm atmosphere. The whole hotel is spotless. The staff are friendly, efficient and professional. The Arctic Deluxe Spa Room was just great. The sauna and the whole bathroom is excellent. The area is very convenient for sights, shops, ferries and walking. The restaurant Kulta in the hotel was very warm, spacious and of course the food was delicious. Generally what you feel is that the whole design concept of everything has been thought through and nothing is out of place … go and stay there!

We were unexpectedly upgraded to a huge room with a spa (including sauna) which was amazing. The breakfast was magnificent - healthy selection and we loved the Lapand honey! The staff were excellent - very helpful when we had a medical problem. We would heartily recommend this hotel, and hope to return.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in camera Artic. Confortevole e accogliente la camera, pulizia top, sauna disponibile in camera. Colaxione buona con buona scelta. Mancava un po’ l’offerta di marmellate che sono sempre gradite. Ambienti dell’hotel molto caldi e arredati in perfetto stile nordico. Posizione ottima x visitare il centro.

Struttura eccezionale, cortesia super. E una sorpresa all’arrivo graditissima, upgrade di camera con la sauna rispetto alla camera normale che avevo prenotato. Menzione particolare per la colazione top e per il ristorante, un’esperienza davvero da provare. Consiglio vivamente l’hotel, lo sceglierò tutte le volte che tornerò a Helsinki!

Front desk did not provide information on where to eat locally when asked during check-in. Staff solely recommended the hotel restaurant, which wasn't helpful. I decided to give the hotel restaurant a try - much to my disappointment. The service was horrible. We waited well over an hour for our meal. An hour wait for a burger is unacceptable. Take make matters even worse, the burger wasn't even tasty. When the bill arrived, I discovered that we were charged for water. We were not informed of this charge when the water was brought to the table. The breakfast that came included was just average.

Felt like I was transported to a luxurious part of Kattegat. Scandinavian themed, Viking music. Great location, easy to get to train station and walk anywhere in Helsinki. Incredible breakfast with traditional Finnish options (you want reindeer sausage in your omelette? Ok!). Cozy cute room, even the smallest option. One of the best parts was the toiletries! Omg the “arctic pine” scented hand soap and body wash awoken my Nordic spirit. I wish I could’ve bought 6 bottles of hand soap to bring home as gifts. Would def stay here again
